Dropcore and QuickBooks Online

Dropcore is an operations platform for field service, assets, compliance, and last-mile delivery. When you connect QuickBooks Online, Dropcore reads the records you already keep in QuickBooks and turns them into work in the field — without taking over your books.

Finance stays in QuickBooks Online. Dropcore does not create, edit, or delete invoices, estimates, customers, or payments in your QuickBooks company. The only write Dropcore performs is attaching completed-job PDFs to records that already exist.

What the integration does

  • Customers

Dropcore reads your QuickBooks Online customer list so operational records stay aligned with the same accounts your finance team already uses.

  • Estimates

Accepted estimates in QuickBooks Online can become work orders or picking lists in Dropcore, using the product rules you configure.

  • Invoices

Invoices in QuickBooks Online can create last-mile deliveries. Proof of delivery can be attached back to the existing invoice as a PDF.

  • Operations around finance

Jobs, assets, deliveries, inspections, and the customer portal run in Dropcore. QuickBooks Online remains the financial source of truth.

How connection works

  1. 1.An organisation administrator signs in to Dropcore and opens QuickBooks settings.
  2. 2.They choose Connect to QuickBooks and authorise Dropcore in Intuit's sign-in flow.
  3. 3.Dropcore syncs customers, estimates, invoices, and (optionally) stock items into operational workflows.

Who it is for

Teams that already run finance in QuickBooks Online and need live operations — work orders, deliveries, proof of delivery, and customer visibility — without re-keying data.

Existing customers sign in at the staff login. Prospective customers use the demo request form.
